Elon University was selected as a finalist for the Coca-Cola Regal Films competition. We were given $15,000 and tasked with creating a 35 second commercial. We traveled 6 hours to a movie theater in Atlanta, GA where we spent 13 hours overnight filming this commercial.

I was editor for the project and was responsible for creating proxies for the 6k RED Camera footage; editing together the footage; prepping an EDL for a color session with C3; mixing the music track and sound effects; and exporting multiple versions with different codecs.

Hed Hi Media is the official video production company for Outdoor Retailer, and for part of their Summer shows I edited together this recap showcasing what Venture Out is all about and some of the brands that are a part of it.

Venture Out, a part of Outdoor Retailer, is a curated selection of brands at the forefront of the modern outdoor experience, where core outdoor retailers are finding the brands to attract new, younger and more urban-influenced consumers.

While spending a semester abroad in Copenhagen I got to travel to Paris for a weekend. With a Canon 5D I was able to capture the place I'd dreamt of traveling to since I was 6 years old. Here is a homage and personal take on the opening montage of Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris".

Last summer I interned at Hed Hi Media in Berkeley, CA. I lived in a Co-Op in Berkeley where I met the wonderful Stephanie Cech. She had driven all the way from Ohio and needed a Roadtrip buddy and so I gladly agreed. This is a video of our journey from Oregon to Ohio that goes through Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Mount Rushmore National Monument, and Badlands National Park.

I worked closely with Sopris Crossfit to create two promotional videos to help market their gym. This one shown is the longer version for their website and Facebook page. The other is a shorter version used for Instagram and can be found here https://vimeo.com/334524566 .

Garage Stories provides an open laboratory for the next generation of innovators to play and experiment with the possibilities of emerging technological mediums, like Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. Hed Hi has partnered with Garage Stories to bring their small workshop sessions to a global audience, thereby supporting the creation of new content that sits at the edge of technological innovation.

'Mapalo' is a short documentary film examining a community in the midst of a transition. Filmed in Zambia over the course of three weeks, 'Mapalo' shows how change comes from inside the community, driven by the people living and working there.

I worked with the Director Lindsey Clemmer, to edit this film including sound mixing and color correction.

Last Spring, the music duo “Hello, 4am” was looking for help with a music video. My colleague and friend, Maddy Schiffer, and I approached them and offered to help. Through collaboration with the artists we were able to create the concept of this music video and brought in dancer Tara Wiley to choreograph and dance for the video.

Using a Ronin and Canon 7D, I filmed this project and edited it on Adobe Premiere.

For my Cinema Production Class we were asked to create a short 2-4 minute project based on the word "Betrayal". As a team we crafted this idea and on set I served as the Producer and Boom Operator. In Post-production I helped find the score and worked with sound design.

For my Producing for the Screen class, we were challenged with making a short narrative that was one person and one location. Emily Corwin wrote a script about a man who struggles to find his keys after leaving them in his office building. This is what we did with it.

Each year DIS Copenhagen students create the DIS Student Yearbook for their class of fall 2016. I was given the opportunity to work with the DIS Student Videographer Team, and serve as Editor and a videographer for this yearbook.

Living Well Community is an intentional community in Franklinville, NC. For Elondocs we were required to shoot a short 4-6 minute documentary at the end of the year and use all the skills we had acquired during the year. Working with three others, I served as Assistant Director and Editor.

A video showcasing the Iota Psi Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at Elon University. This video is used to provide potential new members with an idea of what Alpha Chi Omega's sisterhood is all about.
